Bathua the Chenopodium Album is known to be a weed but they are loaded with numerous health benefits and it is famous as a healthy vegetable in India. The Bathua leaves are boiled and eaten as other leafy veggies in India. Some of the recipes that we prepare in India are Raita, paratha of bathua leaves, and curd bathua.
