Cancellation, Return & Refund

We understand the value of your time and comfort in making purchases and have therefore developed a liberal cancellation, return and refund policy.

CANCELLATION BY SITE / CUSTOMER

A customer can cancel/alter the order for packaged/processed products anytime up to the time order is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched and the customer wishes to cancel, it is completely upto Yogis’ disposal to do so. If a return shipment is done or any refund is to be made, it will only be done with the customer being charged the shipping fee. For orders relating to fresh items, customer can cancel/alter order anytime up to 6 pm before the scheduled delivery day (Refer to Shipping and Delivery Policy). For orders cancelled before the cut-off time, we shall refund any payments already made by the customer for the order as credit to their Yogis account or as a refund to the provided bank account upon request by the customer.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them. In case of an urgent requirement of alteration, please contact our customer support team immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

A first time order placed by customer via Cash-on-Delivery (COD) as the payment method would need to be confirmed via a phone call with our customer care team in order to validate the customer address/ location. Since the user would not be versed with the packaging/ delivery timings etc i.e. all aspects relating to delivery would need to be explained and agreed upon by the customer before an order may be deemed confirmed. Failing to do the same may result in cancellation of such orders.

RETURN & REFUNDS

For all items shipped by us, you can return whatever you want to “no questions asked” at the time of delivery*and the necessary adjustment will be made to your order accordingly. We are happy to initiate a return provided the products are returned unused, with the original tag, in the same condition as you have received it, in its original box and packaging.  We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

*Please note that all fresh produce once delivered cannot be returned nor the value refunded.
